Subject:  COVID-19 Transition to Remote Learning Statement for Brady High School

Brady ISD Community,

In response to an escalation in both confirmed positive and quarantined staff and students at Brady High School, we have decided to transition to remote learning for a period of 10 days.  This will go into effect on Saturday, February 6, 2021.  Brady High School students will return to school on Tuesday, February 16, 2021.  During this period, there will be no extracurricular activities or practices allowed.

This will allow us to curb the spread of the COVID-19 virus, as well as thoroughly clean the Brady High School campus.

Brady Elementary and Brady Middle School will not be affected by this decision.  Students will continue in-person learning and participation in all extracurricular activities as normal.

It is Brady ISD’s desire to not only continue normal operations throughout the spring, but also keep the health and safety of our staff and students a priority.
