- As part of the adopted revisions to Adopted Revisions to 19 Texas Administrative Code (TAC) Chapter 89, Subchapter BB effective August 9, 2023 includes a Statewide HLS Letter that will be given to all students across the state of Texas upon initial enrollment to Texas public schools. You can find the Home Language Survey under the LPAC forms tab.
