"Parents Make a Difference" in both English and Spanish is a monthly parent newsletter and a quarterly activities calendar subscription from "The Parent Institute" provided by the San Angelo Education Service Center. 

Title I, Part A Parent and Family Engagement Statewide Initiative
The Parent and Family Engagement Connection Newsletter is published on the ESC 16 website four times a year in English, Spanish, Vietnamese, German, and Korean.
